Grade 9-10 Tonal Drawings (AVI1O-AVI2O)
Here is a samle of some of the completed grade 9-10 tonal drawings from the past two weeks. I left the subject matter up to them this time, rather than focusing on the faces... and I was pleased! Everytime I push a bit, they prove that they can meet the challenge. These are posted in no particular order- irregularities may be due to the reflection of the pencil. Enjoy!

Grade 12 Reinterpretation Pieces (AVI4M)
What a talented class! Each of these pieces is a reinterpretation of a famous work of art from history, into a piece that represents the styles and goals of the student's personal portfolios. Can you tell which artist influenced them? A few more will be posted soon.

Grade 9-10 Drawings (AVI1O-AVI2O)
Here are a few drawings from my new batch of art students. Most of them have just started to draw with tones, so needless to say I've been really pleased with the results. Most of these are drawings of their choice for homework, and the ones with the hands are called "Handscapes".
